Making Every Lesson Count
About Me
'20% of kids learn to play an instrument. 70% of adults wish they had'
Yes, I was in that 70%! So in 2012 I decided to embark on learning to play the piano - and I very quickly discovered why I should have listened to my Mom’s advice, and not given up so early on the Cork School of Music to pursue my various sporting hobbies! The next five years were happily filled with many hours of studying music and playing piano.
Here are my qualifications:

Classical Singing & PianoLessons
Playing a musical instrument or singing is a rich and complex experience that involves integrating information from the senses of vision, hearing, and touch, as well as fine movements.
Each half hour lesson is designed so that the student can develop their core music skills of singing, playing and musicianship in a fun and efficient way.
A special focus on how to improve home practice sessions is an important feature of the lessons, so that students can be prepared for exams and guided towards more effective and rewarding ways of learning.
A great teacher, Plutarch, once said, “The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled.”
